Once you register a student, please provide payment for your ticket/s otherwise your spot will not be reserved.

We put the money received from ticket sales straight into paying venue fees, buying the supplies & decorations needed for this event. This is why we can not offer refunds.

An event this size is very time consuming and with prices of venues and all supplies going up it is very important that you pay in a timely manner.
Spring Formal Rules & Guidelines
**PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY**
All attendees are required to read ALL OF THE BELOW GUIDELINES and are expected to ABIDE by these guidelines.
Purchasing your Spring Formal ticket constitutes your agreement to abide by the following policies: No Refunds will be available once payment is received.

The dance is a formal occasion. Modest, appropriate formal/semi-formal wear should be worn. Of course Converse & nice sneakers counts as formal attire!
- Gentlemen: Suit, tuxedo, dress slacks, buttoned-up shirt, tie, bow tie, jacket or vest are all acceptable attire.- Ladies: Dresses, gowns, jumpsuits, and pant suits are all allowed. Modest formal wear, no revealing or extreme plunging necklines, the length of a dress should be appropriate and long enough to cover the bottom well. Completely bare midriffs are not allowed; two-pieces are acceptable as long as the majority of the abdomen is covered. Slits or hems should be appropriate.

Dancing must remain clean and appropriate. Suggestive or dangerous dancing will not be permitted. Please be mindful of public affection, we do have teens as young as 13 present. There is a time and place for PDA and this formal is not the place. Please be respectful of the person you're with and those around you, you will be in a public place! Keep space between you a your partner please. We appreciate this very much. -
Every one must check-in upon arrival. SherryHuff, HannahHouser, or one of our Co-Hosts or volunteers will be out front to check you in. If you come in late someone will be located just inside the doors you will need to check in with.

This is a chaperoned event. Attendees agree to respect the authority of all chaperones and adult supervisors.
5. Attendees will stay with in the physical boundaries set for the event, and not leave the premises or venture into areas designated as off limits.Once the formal begins, students will not be allowed to leave and re-enter. No student will be allowed to go to their car unless accompanied by a chaperone unless they are leaving for the evening. If you/your student plan to leave before the designated end time inform us, please. We keep a headcount throughout the night and if we notice someone is missing we send security to look for them/you. We look after each teen as our own and do our best to ensure everyone's safety while in attendance. You may approach any adult with questions or if you need to leave early. We are not out to give you a hard time it is our desire for you to enjoy the Spring Formal, however, with a large crowd we have to be cautious, for your safety.
6.Absolutely no tobacco, alcohol, weapons, or drugs of any nature are permitted at the dance. Medical emergency devices, such as Epi-pens and inhalers are allowed and should be noted upon check-in or during registration.
7. Mature and respectful behavior is expected. If a student is asked to leave the Spring Formal by a chaperone or staff, a parent will be called. No refund will be given.
8.Parents providing transportation for attendees are responsible to arrive by the scheduled end time.
By allowing your teen to attend this event, parents agree to not hold Homeschool Spring Formal committee, volunteers or venue responsible, in the event of offense, accident or injury arising from participation in the Homeschool Spring Formal.
* The ticket price includes admission, venue, DJ, appetizers, desserts & drinks, tableware, decorations, tables & linens, chairs, photo props & backdrop at photo booth, any other expense that may be needed for the event.
* Someone will be available to take snapshots of the night -feel free to ask for a photo of you and your friends. We will have a photo booth for fun pics. All digital images will be available for you to view a week or two after formal. You can download as many photos as you would like. Be creative, get group shots, individuals, funny faces, etc.
* In the case of emergency, parents can call 678-943-4430, 678-943-5180, or 706- 229-1090 we will get you in touch with your student asap. Remember it is hard to hear or feel a cell in the midst of the music, however, we will be sure to check cells periodically.
